1. 1. Introduction

Welcome to Thruroute Technologies Pvt. Ltd. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our Platform, accessible at www.thruroute.com

By accessing or using our marketplace, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our marketplace.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements to use the marketplace. By using the marketplace, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. 4. User Accounts

• Registration: Users must create an account to access certain features of the marketplace. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. 5. Vendor Obligations

• Product Listings: Vendors must ensure that all listings are accurate, complete, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Prohibited Items: Vendors are prohibited from listing any items that are illegal, infringe on intellectual property rights, or violate any other policy of the marketplace.
• Transactions: Vendors must honor all sales and fulfill orders in a timely manner. Vendors are responsible for setting their own prices and terms of sale.

6. 6. Buyer Obligations

• Purchases: Buyers agree to pay for any items purchased through the marketplace. All sales are final unless otherwise specified by the Vendor.
• Disputes: In the event of a dispute with a Vendor, Buyers should first attempt to resolve the issue directly with the Vendor. If the issue cannot be resolved, Buyers may contact our customer support for assistance.

7. 7. Fees and Payments

• Fees: We may charge fees for certain services or transactions on the marketplace. All fees will be disclosed prior to completion of the transaction.
• Payments: Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. We are not responsible for any issues related to payment processing.

• Data Protection: The Marketplace employs security measures to protect User financial information. However, Users acknowledge that no data transmission or storage system is completely secure.
• Privacy Policy: Financial information is collected, used, and stored in accordance with the Marketplace's Privacy Policy. Users consent to the processing of their financial information as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. 9. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: All content on the marketplace, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Thruroute or its licensors.
• Use: Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to access and use the marketplace for personal or commercial purposes, as applicable.

Users agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Violating any laws or regulations
• Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others

• Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices

10. 11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thruroute shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the marketplace.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thruroute, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the marketplace.

12. 13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the marketplace at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

13. 14. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the marketplace. Your continued use of the marketplace following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

14. 15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hyderabad, Telangana, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Product Specific Terms & Conditions

1. 1. General Product Policies

• Accuracy of Descriptions: Vendors must ensure that all product descriptions are accurate, complete, and not misleading. All claims made about a product must be truthful and substantiated.
• Compliance with Laws: All products listed must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including safety, labeling, and environmental requirements.

2. 2. Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited from being listed on the marketplace:

• Illegal items or items that promote illegal activities
• Counterfeit or pirated goods
• Hazardous materials, including flammable, explosive, or toxic items
• Stolen goods or goods obtained through illegal means
• Items that infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Products that violate any of our other policies

3. 3. Category-Specific Requirements

• Electronics: Must include detailed specifications and warranty information. All electronics must comply with relevant safety standards and certifications.

4. 4. Returns and Refunds

• General Policy: Buyers may request a return or refund within 10 days of receiving the product, subject to the conditions outlined below.
• Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and tags.
• Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as perishable goods, personalized products, and intimate items, are not eligible for return.
• Return Shipping: Unless otherwise specified, buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

• Standard Warranty: Unless otherwise stated, products come with a standard warranty of 1Year, covering manufacturing defects only.

• Warranty Claims: To make a warranty claim, buyers must contact the vendor directly and provide proof of purchase.

• Product Liability: Vendors are solely responsible for any claims or damages arising from the use or misuse of their products. Thruroute is not liable for any product-related claims.
• Indemnification: Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thruroute from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or in connection with their products.

7. 7. Dispute Resolution

• Resolution Process: In the event of a dispute between a buyer and a vendor, both parties are encouraged to resolve the issue amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be escalated to Thruroute for mediation.
• Arbitration: Any disputes that cannot be resolved through mediation will be subject to binding arbitration, as outlined in our general Terms and Conditions.

8. 8. Changes to Product Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these product-specific terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the marketplace constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
